Thank you for volunteering your time and talents at St. Paul’s and your willingness to serve in one of the many roles each Sunday.  Your willingness to serve is vitally important in our church’s smooth operation and use of time and resources.

The following serving schedules are for the current half-year.  These schedules are updated two times a year for January – June and July – December.  We try to keep a consistent rotation so you know about when you’re Sunday comes up from month to month or quarter to quarter.

To view, download, or print a schedule, simply click it.  Schedules are also posted on the bulletin board in the Narthex.  You will also receive a reminder on the Wednesday BEFORE your scheduled Sunday.  You should “accept” or “decline” this reminder as instructed.  Failure to do so makes Pastor and the secretary nervous.

If you cannot serve when scheduled, YOU alone are responsible to assure that someone takes your place.  The BEST way to go about this is to contact others who serve in the same role and find someone to take your place.  If you cannot do this, the next best thing is to contact the church via email or phone.  The LAST thing you should do (in fact, just don’t do it) is tell the pastor 5 minutes before church that you can’t serve.  He will forget to write it down or find someone to take your place; his mind is on other things.
