The 2026 LCMS Stewardship Workshop will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Milaca, MN on Tuesday, August 25th. The Workshop is for both pastors and church lay members.

Pastors should arrive by 3:00pm for the clergy portion of the workshop, and lay leaders should arrive at 5:30 for the evening meal and their portion of the workshop.

You will discover the joy of faithful service through giving and how to establish a thoughtful, faithful Stewardship program at your church. If you’re wishing to raise funds, stabilize your budget, make a major purchase in the church, etc. then this workshop is for you! You will learn:

• Stewardship theology for pastors
• The theology and practice of stewardship for lay leaders

Our presenter will be The Reverend Matthew Moss who serves as a pastor in the Minnesota South District and on the LCMS Stewardship Ministry, a part of the Office of National Mission.

A free meal will be provided for all participants (paid for by the Rum River Circuit).

Individuals and churches should sign up at as soon as possible, so we know how much food to provide. You will also receive emails with updates about the workshop.
