St. Paul’s is participating in an LCMS program called Re:Vitality. This program includes a survey called CADDS (Congregational Assessment of Development/Decline Status). All members of St. Paul’s are asked to participate in this survey. This includes teens who have been confirmed, regular visitors, newcomers, etc.
The information below contains important links about this survey, the program in general, and answers to questions you may have. You will also see a QR code for scanning and a link to the survey. If you aren’t comfortable taking an online survey and would prefer a paper version, please speak to Pastor Carlson.
This survey is considered not optional, so please be sure you take a few minutes to complete it, you, your spouse, and your kids who are able to understand the questions.
All information you provide in the survey is confidential and the survey will not ask for any personal information other than basic demographic data. It doesn’t even ask for your name!
