Space is limited and your plot is not guaranteed.  Reserve early!

Terms:
We only permit family-friendly vendors and reserve the right to decline reservation requests for any reason.  The following is an incomplete list of reasons we will reject:

• Selling or providing alcoholic beverages or beer.
• Selling or providing tobacco or marijuana products.
• Selling or providing pornographic or suggestive products.
• Vendors or displays promoting other church bodies not affiliated with the LCMS.
• Vendors or displays promoting political messages or ideas not in line with the teachings of the LCMS.

If you are unsure if your product or service meets our requirements, please contact us before reserving, or leave a detailed description of your company in your reservation.

A $20 Reservation fee ($10 for yard sellers, unless donation will be made) is due once we finalize your reservation and guarantee you a plot.  Instructions will be provided with payment options.  Failure to pay by May 9th, 2025, may mean forfeiture of your plot, unless other arrangements are made.

Once your plot is reserved and guaranteed, further instructions will be provided about plot location, setup, times, and other matters.

You must accept these terms in order to complete this reservation.
