With the universal Christian Church, St. Paul's Lutheran Church believes, teaches, and confesses:
Holy Trinity
The one true and only God reveals Himself to us in three coequal and coeternal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Holy Bible
The Holy Scripture, the 66 books handed down to us from the prophets and apostles, is the true, infallible, and inerrant Word of God given for faith and life.
Justification by Faith
God loves His creation, in spite of the fact that man sins and rebels against Him. He therefore sent His only Son to die, taking away the sin of the world and offering salvation to all who receive it by faith.
A Confessional Faith
To keep doctrinal errors at bay, Lutheran churches employ the use of "Confessional Statements," such as the Christian creeds. We also use the confessional writings of the Reformation found in the Book of Concord to further ward-off false teaching.
